From Plaster to Drywall Installation

I have lived in the same house ever since I was a little girl up until two years ago when my family decided that it was time for a change. Because we had been around the same area for over 10 years, they wanted to experience a different city and a different atmosphere. Finding a new house was quite difficult as my parents were extremely picky on what to choose. Either the house wasn't big enough, the basement wasn't finished or the color of the house wasn’t up to their standards. We spent months trying to find the right house without any success.
My parents finally seemed to enjoy a house that was by a lake, except for the fact that the plaster walls were cracked. Even though everything else was exactly what they had been looking for, they were quick to break the offer due to the less-than-perfect walls. Because I liked the house and I was tired of having to go to multiple different houses, I suggested that it wouldn't be too much work to hire contractors. After much heavy consideration, they finally agreed due to the fact that they could replace the plaster walls with drywall instead. They had wanted a drywall installation rather than a plaster repair due to the fact that it was easy to perform; it was fire resistant and is usually asbestos free.
After what seemed like forever, we moved into the house and hired a drywallcontractor company in Livonia called Combs Drywall, who guaranteed that their drywall installation was high quality work. When they arrived, it was clear that they knew exactly it is what they were supposed to be doing. They were not only skilled, but they were also very professional and got the job done on time without any slacking.
In the past, we have hired many contractors for different projects around the house that ended up disappointing my parents. It takes a lot to surprise and please my parents, but the drywall contractor company in Livonia managed to do it without any errors. The drywall installation turned out to look great, making the house perfect for my mom and my dad.
